Supply chain is a key component of this growth and as such, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager, from the Eastern Cape area to join our East London DC.
Job Deliverables
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, this position exists to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, from inbound to outbound and everything in between.
Main Job Functions
Manage inbound and ensure picking and loading plan is met
Manage warehouse /logistics and transport planning
Manage controllable expenses
Check schedules for service and maintenance of machines/equipment
Meeting KPI’s – DC meets targets
Implement and monitor OHS
Staff management
Qualifications and experience
An appropriate post matric qualification is required
Transport and logistics experience
Knowledge of a WMS system is non-negotiable
